Consulting Services - Curriculum Development & Instructional Design

Teachable Moments Ministry partners with churches and other organizations in the development of curriculum for instructional purposes.  During the development process, the teams work to integrate supportive technologies with instructional approaches. The curriculum development is guided by key principles that ensures the content is:

 

• Current, relevant, and provides real-world applications.
• Appropriate for the learner (age, ability, background, reading level, learning style, etc.)
• Adaptable and flexible in order to best meet individual needs of the learner

 

In addition, instructional design techniques are used to provide the learner opportunities to improve learning skills (e.g. online studies and tutorials).  Likewise, the lesson structure is consistent and supports learning sequences that motivate, application activities reviews of key concepts, and assessments.
